Apply Now

Applicants must register for an account on the Platform using a valid email address. We recommend using a personal email address for registration.

Please complete the WTW Application Form in as much detail as possible to substantiate your application. The form takes around 15 minutes to complete.

Though not mandatory, we strongly encourage including your LinkedIn profile, with up-to-date information, in your application to facilitate the review process and future communications.

By submitting the form, you certify that the information you have provided is true and accurate. Only information submitted through the registration form will be accepted.

All applications will be reviewed by our Women to Watch Review Committee. This is not a due diligence or reference check process; it is designed to ensure that all our candidates are senior leaders with a depth of experience that is appropriate for a board role.

If our Review Committee believes that your application does not yet satisfy our selection criteria, we may ask you to re-apply at a later date.

Due to the volume of applications, if you do not hear back within a 3-month period, then you may consider your application unsuccessful at this time. We are unable to provide individual feedback. Please check your spam box and look out for emails from no-reply@twfhk.org and 30percentclub@twfhk.org.

Once your form is completed, you remain responsible for keeping your account profile up-to-date using your login.

If you leave Hong Kong or if you would like to be removed from our Platform, please contact us.

Agreeing to the Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions will facilitate the sharing of your profile (and LinkedIn account) with select companies, for the purposes of curating the Platform and conducting search, assessment and appointment of directors, committee members, advisory board members and board directors.

Details of your application will be shared with our WTW Review Committee and select companies upon the completion of an authorisation process. To ensure your data privacy, email addresses and other information indicated for internal TWF use only will not be shared with the exception that an email address may be shared with an organisation searching for board candidates where a candidate does not have a LinkedIn account. For clarification purposes, the Women to Watch Platform will only include a candidate’s LinkedIn account (and not email addresses).
