The Hong Kong Exchanges & Clearing (HKEX) has implemented key reforms aimed at improving board gender diversity, including the requirement of at least one woman on all listed Hong Kong boards by 2025. TWF is committed to supporting these reforms, increasing the visibility of senior women leaders and helping companies identify and recruit diverse board members.
